I never imagined I'd see the day when the scale read below 200. It's truly amazing to have gone from over 200 down to 149.

My journey has been a long and arduous one. For years, I have struggled with insecurities and a constant sense of self-consciousness about my appearance.

Over time, despite trying every fad nutrition program and exercise regimen out there, nothing seemed to give me lasting results. I found myself trapped in a cycle of disappointment, and always seemed to bounce back to square one, feeling utterly defeated.

Every day now, I’m so grateful and count my blessings for the candid conversation with my sister. And now, I feel compelled to share with others who have been on a similar path of self-doubt and frustration that I was.
