WE ARE HIRING AN EXPERIENCED FACEBOOK ADS MARKETER
We’re a growing e-commerce brand looking for a results-driven Facebook Ads Marketer who knows how to turn ad spend into real revenue. You’ll own our paid social strategy from concept to conversion — crafting campaigns that stop the scroll, speak to our customers, and scale profitably. What you’ll do
- Plan, launch, and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns end-to-end across prospecting and retargeting funnels.
- Develop audience strategies using interest targeting, lookalikes, and custom audiences to maximise reach and ROI.
- Write persuasive ad copy and collaborate with creative teams on visuals, video hooks, and UGC-style content.
- Run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages — then act on the data fast.
- Monitor daily campaign performance, manage budgets, and optimise bids to hit ROAS and CPA targets.
- Produce weekly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations for leadership.
- Stay ahead of Facebook algorithm changes, new ad formats, and e-commerce advertising trends.
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of hands-on experience running Facebook & Instagram ads, ideally for an e-commerce brand or DTC product.
- Proven track record of scaling ad accounts profitably — bring your numbers, we love them.
- Deep familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, Pixel setup, and Conversions API.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs: ROAS, CPA, CTR, AOV, LTV.
- Ability to write punchy, conversion-focused ad copy without relying on a copywriter.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Shopify, or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Self-starter mindset — you’re comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
